Team Training

Our Team Training program offers many options to choose from, including fitness bootcamps, TRX® Team™ Training, & more. Our specialty Team Training programs range from 4 to 12 weeks in duration and have a maximum of 4 to 10 participants in each session.

All Team Training programs have a progressive training format where each session is more challenging than the last. The only constant are the players involved who will become your teammates for support and accountability as you gruel through each challenging session together.

TRX® Team™ Training

TRX® Team™ Training is a 6 or 9 week progressive training program offered in Canada exclusively at GoodLife Fitness.

STRONG on the Run

Strengthen up for better performance on the run!

  • 60 min., 2 times/week for 4 weeks
  • Increase your full body strength to prevent injury and increase recovery from races

STRONG Women on Weights

Increase your metabolism with proper weight training in this boot camp style class.

  • 60 min., 2 times/week for 6 weeks
  • Learn to use weights safely and effectively

STRONG to the Core

Fire up your power centre!

  • 60 min., 2 times/week for 4 weeks
  • Prevent and reduce back pain and injury
  • Strengthen abs and back
