Our specialty Team Training programs range from 4 to 12 weeks in duration and have a maximum of 4 to 10 participants in each session.
All Team Training programs have a progressive training format where each session is more challenging than the last. The only constant are the players involved who will become your teammates for support and accountability as you gruel through each challenging session together.
In early of 2010 Kelly was invited to stand in her friend's wedding. Her first thought was: "how will I look in a bathing suit!?" She decided in October to acquire a trainer and get her body ready for the beach.
All of her life Kelly has experienced pain, in different areas at different times. As she got older that pain got worse and worse. She started doing doctor-prescribed physiotherapy, but this did not help.
She mentioned the pain to her trainer, and her goal of beach-ready body was soon replaced with a rehabilitation towards a pain-free life.
TRX® Team™ Training is a 6 or 9 week progressive training program offered in Canada exclusively at GoodLife Fitness.
