TRX® Team™ Training is a 6 or 9 week progressive training, bootcamp style workout. Developed in the U.S., this program is now offered in Canada exclusively at GoodLife Fitness.
This workout program differs from other TRX programs as participants work together with the same Team Coach and Team Participants so that everyone can learn the moves and progress together.
An initial assessment will be completed during the first session and then again in your final session to track and compare results. You will be amazed by the results you and your team achieved.
Certified Team Coaches have undergone 60+ hours of training to ensure each participant receives the highest standard of coaching on proper form and technique. Our Coaches provide variations for each exercise to ensure optimal results so that you can choose to lessen or increase your intensity, adjust for specific health conditions, and keep you progressing with your Team. No one gets left behind.

TRX® Suspension training utilizes your own body weight in each exercise allowing you to choose the level of intensity right for you. Making it a great workout for beginners to seasoned athletes, this workout is guaranteed to challenge your body while toning and building strength, increasing flexibility and balance, and keep you having fun!
