Your Personal Trainer will consult with you on your fitness needs, goals, timeframe and personal needs and interests. Your GoodLife Trainer will use this information to customize a program especially for you, and help you track your results.

  • 30 minutes, 2 times/week for 8 weeks
  • Nutrition and meal planning guidance
  • Strengthen the heart muscle
  • Decrease heart’s susceptibility to disease

  • Assess pre and post health

BodyFit

  • Prescribed to goal programming
  • 60 minutes, 3 times/week for 8 weeks
  • PowerBand: Increase strength & Lean muscle

  • PowerBall: Balance & Core
  • PowerSlim: Burn fat, Trim inches & Boost cardio
  • Results at any age or fitness level!
